We are currently looking to hire a Tax Specialist who ambitions to grow a career in the tax industry. The currently available position is for a tax professional who will play a key role within our team. You will work closely with the CEO, interact with great clients, and will have opportunities for advancement and professional development, with the possibility to take over as a manager for our headquarters located in Medford in the Woolworth Building.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop new clientele opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases
E-filing and packaging returns; send client surveys and e-file confirmations
Help us grow top-notch client service by participating in trainings.
Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships
Record customer information within our customer service database
Ability to exercise judgment, use discretion, and make appropriate decisions
Adapt to new and ever-changing technology as we build our processes and workflows.
Represent our agency within the community
Position starts in January 2022 and will last through Tax-season - with some training in November and December.
Experience/Qualifications:
0-2 years tax experience
LTP and/or LTC (Possibility to obtain LTC if you do not currently have one).

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Professional, friendly, and reliable with a desire for growth

Proficiency using multiple software
High degree of comfort with the paperless workflow system and latest technology
Pay Range:
DOE - This position starts off as strictly commission-based but will have the opportunity to become salary with bonuses. Commissions for this position will be 50%.
