We have been in Ashland community for a long time. Well known, loved, traveled to from far and wide, and continuously, with such gratitude, serve longtime regulars in the community and beyond.
We are uplifting, lovely, fresh energy, and an inherently friendly, generous group of people who care a lot about each other and our offering. We are hoping to find a sweet and easy fit.
Clear-headed, emotional maturity, able to self-regulate, and multi-task with clarity, grace, efficiency, hustle, and calm. Strong work ethic, dependability, collaboration, and excellent communication is essential to the seamless fluidity of our team.
The hours we are looking to fill: Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday lunch (11:00am-2:30pm) and/or Thurs, Friday, Saturday eve hosting shift (4:15pm-9pm, if slower, might go home earlier than 9pm) which can end up being a couple double shifts with a couple hour break in between, through the high season. Possibly open to hiring two people, one for the lunch shifts, and one hosting for the dinner shifts.
There is a possible opportunity during lunch hours, to train in, and learn the artistry of making our one of a kind craft specialty mocktail and cocktail drinks which does require being 21 or over. And to have your OLCC. Food Handlers also a must :)
