Weatherly Court has an opening for a Full-time and Part-time Receptionist who will bring their upbeat and friendly professionalism to our residents and community.
Front Desk Receptionist duties:
Answering phones
Greeting customers, provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding medical appointments and transportation for residents
Taking physicians phone calls, filtering calls and sending to appropriate department manager
Assisting other departments with mailing, phone calls, and event planning.
General cleaning of common area and daily upkeep.
