We are looking for an experienced part time professional medical front desk receptionist for medical pediatric practice in Medford. We would love to have someone who has previous pediatric experience and must love to work with pediatrics.
Duties: Checking patients in/out, verify patient information in computer, collect co-pays, assist with preparation of chart records, daily reconciliation of money collected, good data entry and computer skills, knowledge of EMR, must be detailed and able to handle multiple tasks with constant interruptions, assist with patient intake, scans documentation, some phones, good problem solving, and excellent customer service skills and other duties as assigned. It is desired if the person has previous medical billing, verification, and authorization experience but not required. This is part time position that will start June or July and the pay is DOE.
