We are excited offer a rare opportunity to join our team as our Full Time Office Manager. This is the first time in over 15 years that this position has been available, so here we are, calling in a multifaceted diamond, someone with a creative spark, but knows how to get down to business. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box as well as knows how to follow existing policies and procedures. This person can quickly pick up on and learn what they have not done before with ease and grace and can help others do the same. We are aware we are asking for someone special.
Don’t be fooled, this position is much more than data entry, customer service and organization.
The dream candidate will be extremely knowledgeable and passionate around plants, plants as medicine, organic products, and the natural products industry.
They will be part of our managerial team not only tending to our day-to-day customer’s needs, but also supporting new product launches, product development, and even creation of marketing material (think design input, copywriting support, editing, etc).

Has an exquisitely high-level organizational skill set, loves to finish things, loves lists and loves completion.
Knows how to take care of our customers and make each one feel like they are the most valued – from a retail customer buying one product, to a corporate buyer responsible for 400 stores.
Is capable of follow existing policies and guidelines and knows when to stretch and be flexible to create the best customer experience.
Knows how to gracefully turn a challenging customer into a loyal fan.
Knows how to ask questions as well as receive feedback.
This person will, in many ways be a right hand to the owner, leading our day-to-day office responsibilities and communicating the passion of our brand mission and values with our customers.
With their bright and sunny disposition, they will be the first point of contact to our multitude of existing customers as well as those new to the brand.

OFFICE MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Detail oriented, organized and highly efficient with time management. Much of this job position will be working alone in a (mostly) private office. Finding joy in the rhythm of invoicing orders, updating files, answering the phone, responding to emails.
Detailed accuracy is paramount to being successful in this position. As mentioned above, this position is often the FIRST point of contact for our customers and as such requires the ideal candidate to be enthusiastic, concise and confident in their representation of the brand.
Knowledge of our products, the world of natural beauty, skin care and CBD topicals. Personable, articulate and engaged when speaking with customers of all sorts (including buyers for large chains, buyers for small independent stores, contract manufacturers, as well as individual retail customers).
JOB DUITES INCLUDE but not limited to
Oversees day to day office operations.
Acts as a key point of contact for owner, shipping department and sales team.
Daily care of customers – including order processing, customer inquiries, credit and return processing.
Administrative organization and maintenance of company files.
Supports new product launches.
Manages pricing, promotions, and internal company data.
Reviews and improves organizational systems and office operating procedures.
Establishes and maintains a highly motivated work environment.
Adheres to company standards of integrity, excellence, and quality.
Strategizes and supports opportunities for growth by working closely with owner and other management.
Provides ideas, guidance, and feedback to staff to support maximum efficiency.
Proofreading, packaging and marketing material design input, and copywriting support.
New Product Development support – from formulation input to final product, your input is valuable.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Flexible, strategic team player with high integrity, accountability, and ethical standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Independent, detail oriented and highly organized leader with excellent follow through.
Proficient with entire Microsoft Office Suite.
QuickBooks experience strongly preferred.
Proven success in a managerial role.

Can work independently as well as be enthusiastic around opportunities, collaboration of stepping into other areas of our organization if needed.
Comfortable delegating tasks as appropriate.

Accuracy and productive/ high speed typing skills
Schedule:
This position is full time – 8am-4pm Monday – Friday – actual hours may vary
