NW Employment is partnered with a local equipment rental company in Canby and we are looking for a Bilingual CSR to join our team!
Schedule Varies, and Includes split days off. Hours of Operation-
Mon-Sat 8am-5:30pm Closed on Sundays
Pay- $17-$20 DOE
Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, your responsibilities would include greeting customers both in person and over the phone. You would use a computer to enter data and write up invoices. You would also interact with customers to explain the services offered and build relationships to satisfy their needs and get them the best-fit equipment. Occasionally, you may be required to set up new power equipment, and even conduct client demonstrations. You should have the ability to process information quickly from customers and work in a fast-paced environment.
