We are looking for reliable candidates to answer phones and help our friendly will call customers in our fast paced sales department.
Job duties:
Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and placing orders
Sales experience preferred but not required
Automotive knowledge would be beneficial
Helping with online orders
Responsibilities:
Ability to alternate sitting and standing through an 8 hour period, and sometimes longer.
Problem solving
Ability to use a computer keyboard and 2 computer screens
Ability to use a telephone headset and telephone system
Ability to handle and solve all types of customer service issues via phone and/or email
