Active Telesource is a call center. We are looking to hire talented customer service oriented professionals, for our call center team. The position being filled is straight forward "customer service". INBOUND CALLS ONLY. The customer calls consist of general billing inquiries, payment options, and customer requests to start/stop/or transfer services.
New Hire Orientation: 05/31 Fri, 9am (approx. 5 hrs)
Training Begins: 06/03 Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm (7 weeks)
Wage: DOE, $14/hr minimum
Location: Milwaukie Oregon (near Clackamas Town Center)
Work schedules are assigned upon the successful completion of training. All schedules are Full-Time, 40hrs per week, and will fall within the business hours of 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, and rotating Saturday (approximately 1 Saturday a month).
Minimum Job Requirements
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
Computer competency (tested)
Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience (preferred)
Bilingual representatives welcome! (usable skill, not required)
