DescriptionWe are working with a local Auto Manufacturer to help them find an Accounts Receivable Specialist!Our client, located in North Portland, is looking for an AR Specialist to assist with their growing workload. The position is an open-ended temporary role as the client assesses their workforce needs, and will be starting by mid-October at the latest.If you are an Accounts Receivable Specialist with at least two years of experience, please apply today!Main Responsibilities:
Processing Accounts Receivable payments, including ACH and Credit Card payments
Responding to A/R inquiries in a prompt manner
Reviewing A/R aging and work with the Credit Manager on troubled accounts
Learning Accounts Payable processing for cross training
Requirements
Two to four years of Accounts Receivable experience, ideally in a mid to large company
Understanding of reconciliations
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or a comparable ERP system
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
