We are searching for a Line Cook that can match our enthusiasm and drive for creating great food in a fun atmosphere. Our menu focuses on creative and delicious spins on American favorites. We are looking to fill this spot pretty urgently so immediate availability is a must.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, seasoning meats and preparing sauces)
- Ensure station meet health department codes
- Demonstrates excellent knowledge of all stations on the line
- Clean up station and flip the line for closing when needed
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Essential Duties of the Job
- 3+ years proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Be able to work in a standing position up to 9 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation

Starting pay $20 per hour Plus Tip out (average $25 an hour)
