Portland’s newest food cart pod and bar brand is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader comfortable working in high-volume environments while graciously interacting with guests and team members.
Well-qualified candidates will have at least two years General Management experience operating high volume F&B businesses. Reporting directly to the owners, the General Manager is responsible leading and directing the work of their supervisors and hourly team members.
The General Managers key job responsibilities will include:
Hiring, training, and developing their team
Creating a positive and rewarding work environment
Delivering consistent, high-quality beverage program
Delivering outstanding service
Achieving all financial objectives
Our benefit package includes:
Annual salary of $70,000
Annual $30,000 performance bonus plan
Allowance for medical insurance included
Two weeks paid vacation in year 1, increasing year 2 and beyond
50-hour work week
