Our successful, well established dental office is adding an experienced front office/patient and insurance coordinator to our friendly and cohesive team of dental healthcare professionals!
Looking for an all-around front office person who has experience confirming insurance eligibility, verifying benefits, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, presenting treatment plans, answering phones, and closing the office will be part of your duties throughout the week.
Requires strong attention to detail, ability to collect complete and accurate information and desire to complete tasks in a timely fashion. Candidate will have excellent communication skills with a positive attitude when helping our patients and working with team members. Knowledge of and experience with dental insurance and dental procedure codes a must. Experience with Dentrix dental software preferred.
