POSITION TITLE:
Patient Care Coordinator
FULL-TIME
This is an entry-level position and career opportunity in the exciting field of Audiology. We will train and develop the skills for the right candidate in medical assisting, practice administration, and the audiology technician role. Experience in the medical, dental or chiropractic field is preferred. Please send your resume with cover letter to be considered.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Open/close the office.
Answer incoming calls and guide patients to the appropriate care.
Scheduling and confirming next-day appointments.
Maintain patient files, insurance information, payments received.
Greets and assists/directs clients who come to the practice.
Prepares, pulls and patient charts on a daily basis.
HIPAA compliant records archiving/filing.
JOB SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Education Minimum: High School Diploma/GED
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
Experience Audiology / Hearing Aids preferred.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday — Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. No evenings or weekends.
Pay is hourly, paid holidays and paid time off.
