Our small team is urgently hiring for our Thursday-Sunday schedule. This schedule includes two weekend split shifts with a break in each day. Our ideal candidate would have a flexible schedule and be willing to help pick up evening or day shifts for other staff when necessary. Day shift is 10:00am-3:00pm, Evening shift is 8pm-midnight. Located in Bethany, Beaverton. Must be able to commute reliably.
Middle aged female client has ALS and is wheelchair bound. Client is mostly self-sufficient and independent; needs assistance with daily ADLs, meal prep. Assistance needed for showers and personal grooming. G-tube experience not required; but a plus.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: We're looking to hire a caregiver that can fulfill the shift requirements, and perform the duties and responsibilities listed below. They agree to perform the following duties as a requirement of their employment:

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Must be patient and friendly and local to Hillsboro/Beaverton area
Must be 18 years or older
Must have flexible schedule
Must be able to lift 40lbs+
Ability to pass a drug and background check
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Ability to communicate effectively with family and other staff in a friendly and congenial manner.
Can maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, safe environment.
Ability to work independently and has great initiative
Very caring, passionate, and dependable person, who is people oriented.
Must be able to handle and address emergency situations appropriately.
