Our growing environmental services company is hiring a Customer Care Specialist.
If you are an experienced customer service all-star who maintains a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude with the ability to maintain strong multi-tasking and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
First point of contact on multi-line telephone system
Coordinating scheduling of services with clients and project managers
Maintain and build customer relationships
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Maintain daily office duties to assure functionality
Requirements and Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on customer service experience required
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
Experience with multi-line telephone systems
Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
Good multitasking skills and attention to detail
Maintain a positive upbeat attitude
