Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys a consistent schedule and wants to work in a professional environment. Your role will be to support daily office functions, assist with clerical tasks, and provide general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering emails
Organizing and filing documents
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Assisting with data entry and record-keeping
Other general office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Previous administrative experience is a plus
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (no weekends!)
