Womack Auto Body is looking for someone to add to our team for a Customer Service Representative. We are looking to add someone to our work family and to have a long lasting career here. Womack is looking for someone to be the first person and the last person the customer gets to see before they leave our Body Shop.
Responsibilities – but are not limited to:
Excellent organizational and time management skills is a plus.
Commitment to providing the highest quality of customer service.
Answering incoming calls, and making outgoing phone calls.
Data entry.
Responding to insurance inquiries/customer inquiries.
Must be willing to go above and beyond to help our team mates
No experience necessary, we will train the right person to be part of our team. This person will respond to the shop foreman and the owner of the shop. Must have a great personality, and positive energy. We have a great working relationship with all of our employees that work here, and we’d love to have you as one of them.
