Job Description and Responsibilities
The Customer Service Agents responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provides excellent customer service.
Works with customers via phone, fax, e-mail and in person at counter to process quotes and order requests.
Tracks orders status and provides updates and information to sales team and customers.
Enters orders accurately an in a timely manner.
Maintains accurate customer information in company database.
Follow company’s procedures and policies for order entry deadlines.
Customer Service Agent must be knowledgeable with current stock and inventory sold by OBC NW and its vendors.
Any other duties as required and/or requested.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel preferred.
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
Sharp attention to details.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with SAP preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
