Title: Customer Service Warehouse Representative | Location: Clackamas, OR | Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 / Hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and process inbound truck driver paperwork, process bill of lading, file, copy documents.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist drivers as needed.
Schedule appointments.
Create and locate purchase orders.
Identify discrepancies in shipments.
Manage storage accounts in a multi-temperature warehouse up to freezing temperatures utilizing the 3PL system.
Label pallets, locate and assist with freight, and tag as needed.
Warehouse inventory as needed, or time permits.
Write freight/inventory tags for the warehouse as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems (TruckMate experience preferred).
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment as needed.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Effectively communicate with internal and external sources via email, phone, and in person.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Time management and ability to work independently.
Beginner/intermediate typing skills, including experience with the 10-key by touch.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work in a team and individually.
