Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily offie operations and support a team of 4-5 office staff. Coordinate with and assist 8-9 field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and service. Handle customer inquiries with a strong focus on excellent customer service. Multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Qualifications: Proven experience in office management or similar roll. Strong multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to lead a small team and collaborate with technical staff.
