About the Role
As our Office Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything organized—from scheduling and payroll to job costing and billing. You’ll play a key part in supporting both our team and leadership, making sure the office runs efficiently day in and day out.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily office operations and staff schedules
Coordinate calendars for the team and leadership
Handle payroll and maintain HR files
Track job costs and manage billing from start to finish
Work in QuickBooks Online for financial tracking and reporting
Support accounts receivable and client communications
Keep records and data organized and up to date
Help implement new systems and tools as we grow
Tackle challenges head-on and find solutions quickly
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience managing people or office operations
Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word)
Skilled in QuickBooks Online
Familiar with payroll, HR basics, and job costing
Experience with progressive billing and invoicing
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Great communicator who’s friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized
