We are in search of an experienced Project Coordinator to support our project management in overseeing and executing projects. We are an industry leader in commercial window treatments and looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years as project coordinator or similar role in the commercial construction industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the development and management of project plans and schedules.
Coordinate project activities, monitor project progress and ensure project goals are met.
Maintain project documentation, including Schedules, Budgets, RFI’s, Contracts, Submittals, Change Orders, Warranties, Opening and Closing Documents.
Communicate effectively with team members, contractors and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Identify potential issues and risks and work with management to develop mitigation strategies.
Track and manage project expenses to ensure adherence to budget.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and Bluebeam.
Ability to analyze and evaluate quotes, specifications, blueprints and bid documents.
An understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
A degree in business management, project management or a related field is preferred but not required.
