Red Dog Fabrication LLC is seeking a dynamic Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to support our growing team!
Position: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Location: Ridgefield, Washington
Hours: 8:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday (6 hours a day)
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations.
Maintain schedules and assist with appointment coordination.
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Support project management and customer communication.
Special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; especially good phone etiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good time management and self-directed in identifying tasks to stay productive.
Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Must be punctual with good attendance.
