We are looking for a receptionist to perform a variety of clerical tasks
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Accurate Filing
Neatly and accurately write and relay
Provide general support to office personnel and greet customers
Skills
Knowledge of office equipment, multi-line phones, computers, printers and scan/fax machines, postage meter
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
