Carpenter
Our House Contracting is seeking to fill a full time position for a Carpenter.
Duties for this position includes ground up residential remodeling, framing, window, concrete foundations and footings, doors, finish work and siding installation; structural and architectural repairs; as well as other general construction of residential projects.
Job Description
May supervise apprentices and laborers on projects
Work with Project Manager with respect to project outlines, plans, schedules job cost tracking and safety
Provide top quality service and ensure customer satisfaction
Must have valid driver's license and dependable work vehicle with a ladder rack
Must have tools of your trade, including power tools, befitting a journeyman carpenter
Applicant must have attention to details and a positive attitude along with excellent customer service skills. Possess a strong work ethic and be able to follow directions.
Employee must be able to work at different locations each day and travel between different locations during a given day. Employee may be needed to drive company vehicles.
We offer bi-weekly paychecks and steady, full-time employment.
