Job: Data Entry SpecialistLocation: Allentown, PAType: Contract (6 month -1 year)Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pmPay:$19/hrStart: Immediate Job Overview:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Allentown, PA. This individual will be responsible for searching, retrieving, and accurately entering data into our systems while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a strong understanding of data management, and demonstrate precision in all tasks. Responsibilities:

Data Search and Retrieval: Efficiently searches, identifies, and retrieves relevant source files from various locations to gather necessary data for entry.

Data Entry and Recording: Accurately enters and records assigned data into the system using appropriate software, ensuring all information is up-to-date and error-free.

Confidentiality Management: Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive or confidential information, adhering to company policies and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

At least 6 months of data entry experience or relevant administrative experience.

Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills with a strong focus on detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in Windows, Adobe, and Excel being highly preferred.

Strong working knowledge of computer applications, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
