As a Sr Pricing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our pricing strategies to improve margin and enhance commercial execution. This is an outstanding opportunity to drive a pricing transformation across the BioProduction Group (BPG) and sustain continuous improvement.Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with our business objectives

Lead the BPG Deal Desk for the Americas Region and approve opportunities requiring special pricing

Implement pricing improvement programs and quantify financial impact

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently implement pricing changes

Evaluate the efficiency of pricing strategies and make vital adjustments

Provide data-driven insights to senior management to guide decision-making

Conduct detailed market analysis to identify optimum pricing

Prepare and present reports on pricing strategies and outcomes

Ensure pricing compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing analysis or related role

Proven analytical skills with a strong attention to detail

Outstanding proficiency in interpreting data and delivering actionable insights

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in California is $92,900.00–$139,325.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
