Supply Chain Analyst

Description Supply Chain Analyst A client of ours is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with supply chain analysis, and a strong background in using Epic software. This role involves analyzing supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing solutions to improve operations and reduce costs. Responsibilities of Supply Chain Analyst

Analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Utilize Epic software to manage and streamline supply chain processes.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and clinical departments, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance.

Conduct regular audits of supply chain processes and recommend improvements.

Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems.

Provide training and support to staff on supply chain best practices and the use of Epic software.

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications of Supply Chain Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis within the healthcare/hospital industry.

Proficiency in Epic software is a must.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with other supply chain management software and tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices in the healthcare industry.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
