In this role, you will be responsible for planning the execution phase of projects. You will collaborate closely with the operational team to create an overall project plan.Key Responsibilities: Responsible for developing a project plan for their phase of work. Understands project information and is able to identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work. Prepares their team to execute using defined planning processes. Ensures their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output. Utilizes and tracks time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets. Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for their portion of work. Communicates project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.Requirements and Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational and communication skills. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in project execution with a large-scale self-performing general contractor or concrete contracting firm. Demonstrated experience in self-performing concrete work is required. Candidates should possess a diverse portfolio of project types, with a particular emphasis on commercial and industrial projects. In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices is essential, along with experience managing projects valued at over $1 million. Proven ability to lead teams and drive successful outcomes for projects. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.   • POSITION DUTIES: Lead individual that is required to administer, monitor, manage and execute contractor Protection & Control engineering resources and activities associated with projects. Develop a decision evaluation matrix to evaluate items which affect scope, budget and cost. Provide necessary technical expertise and oversight to engineering contractor to ensure deliverables meet design expectations. Works with Project Management and Construction Management to ensure safe, cost-effective constructive design meeting all deliverables. Act as Relay Engineering lead for project. Ensure work of Construction contractors meets design standards. Participate in site visits for construction projects.
