Job Summary

Carlisle Companies Incorporated, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology has an immediate opening for a Product Development Project Manager to join our Marketing team located at our headquarters in Carlisle, PA. Carlisle is offering a generous relocation package for anyone not already located in the area!This position is responsible for helping to identify, develop and launch new products for CCM. In addition, they will assist the other Product Managers with their development efforts and will be the expert resource on the

project tracking software that will be used to manage the development process across CCM.Duties and Responsibilities:

Educates Product Managers and Product Specialists on the use of software and other tools used for

innovation and new product development.

Facilitates the process of understanding customer needs

Assists Product Marketing with expediting new product development.

Adapts existing product designs to meet new specifications and applications.

Assists with construction of prototypes.

Tests prototypes to verify product reliability; adjusts as required.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

#LI-KT1Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required. A master's degree is

preferred.

At least five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required.

Building material industry and channel experience preferred

PMP Certified preferred

Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials selections, and product testing.

Ability to understand and utilize project tracking software platforms

  • The Analytical Lab Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Scientists and Technicians in the Research & Innovation Center. They must have a deep understanding of analytical and rheological techniques used in the analysis of formulated polymer products.
