As an Administrative Officer 1, you will deliver professional administrative support to agency offices and manage sensitive and confidential projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meeting logistics, preparing materials, and handling travel expense submissions. You will provide essential customer service to grant applicants by addressing their inquiries. Establishing and maintaining working relationships with other state and federal agencies will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will analyze and implement management directives and ensure adherence to work standards and procedures. This position demands a high degree of independence, with a strong emphasis on precision, well-founded conclusions, and effective decision-making.Interested in learning more? Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. You will be required to report to the office a minimum of one day per month, or as needed. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:
