If so, you might be our next new team member!Who we need:The Operational Performance team is responsible for supporting leadership with operational optimization, planning and forecasting. This individual will be responsible for the analysis of historical data, identifying key business drivers, and partnering with program leaders to forecast labor needs and financial performance. Partner with segment leaders using analytically driven insights to make strategic business decisions that will deliver strong financial results.

Provide first rate analytic support and modeling using Excel, while leveraging other tools as necessary (Cognos, Power BI, Tableau, e.g.).

Identify actionable insights, exercise sound business judgment, offer recommendations, and influence leaders across the organization, including Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Technology.

Act as a Strategic Business Partner to program management and key decision makers

Monitor and report on project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Lead resource planning, forecasting, and pricing models using existing infrastructure, tools, and reports.

Take ownership of monthly review process for assigned business activities and understanding the drivers.

Conduct research and analysis to identify key business drivers, trends, and opportunities.

Improve decision support analysis. Analyze monthly, quarterly and YTD performance against budget, company metrics, pricing models, and targets.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

BA or BS in Business from an accredited college or university

A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.

Exposure to a variety of different business models and functions.

Demonstrated experience of solving problems with the ability to transition between detailed data and high-level insights.

Comfortable and effective engaging both executive management and front-line employees.

Comfort in a self-directed and less structured environment; requires minimal guidance.

Quarterly Team meetings and on-site workdays in Harrisburg, PA

Experience working in Healthcare or Technology preferred.

Experience working in a project-based organization preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Ability to generate insights from data and present it in a consumable format to people who are not familiar with the topic.

Solid interpersonal and organizational skills to build trust with internal customers.

Passionate about analyzing data and leveraging technology to automate routine processes.

Curiosity to learn the business and how it operates, to ultimately understand the why behind the numbers.
