Brief Description

The Manager, Global HCP Engagement Operations - Operations Management will be a trailblazer in the organization as a member of a brand-new team that supports all functions and regions where HCP Engagements take place at Jazz. This individual should possess strong enterprise-wide thinking and execution mindset to simplify and enable processes for Jazz. The individual is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Jazz Global HCP engagement process. Working with internal stakeholders to ensure strong processes and change management for respective regions and functions. This individual will be accountable for training stakeholders and fielding internal process requests. This individual will partner with corporate functions including Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure policies and business rules remain up to date with changes in the regulatory environment and be the audit point of contact. This individual will ensure cross-functional stakeholders meet SLAs for engagement and contract reviews. The individual in this role will report to the Director - Global HCP Engagement Operations. The individual in this role will partner with the regional Commercial teams, R&D, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.

This position requires a qualified professional with experience working in a corporate and/or consulting setting. The candidate should have a track record of supporting business decision support, establishing processes & collaborations, being efficient and effective, and supporting organizational change.

The candidate should have experience working in the biopharma industry with a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape.

Essential Functions/ResponsibilitiesExecute Internal Change Management: Support business change management for respective functions and regions by owning regular communications and management of changes, enhancements, policies, and soliciting stakeholder feedback from Jazzicians and external HCPs.Policy Governance and Training: Train internal Jazzician and external HCP stakeholders, field internal process requests, manage access and permissions, and partner with stakeholders to ensure policies and business rules remain up to date with changes in the regulatory environment.Oversee Process Performance: Oversight on overdue and backlogged transactions for continuous monitoring of internal function performance and training needs.Develop and Maintain Support Tools: Own the process for updating or maintaining templates and tools used in the end to end process to simplify work for the business. process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMinimum 4+ years of progressive experience with extensive operational experience with focus on biopharma.Partnering & Collaboration: Track record of cross-functional partnering and managing vendor operations.Change Management: ability to execute change in the organization across multiple disciplines.Comfort with Ambiguity:Ability to work in a fluid environment and adapt project approaches as internal or exter al conditions change.Operational Excellence: Ability to identify and drive process improvements and policy enhancements with an eye to efficiency. Be efficient and effective operationally.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication / presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, and garner credibility.

Required/Preferred Education and LicensesBachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
