THE POSITION

The Enterprise Technology Services office is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to play a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic planning for the Conservation and Environment Delivery Center (CEDC). Bring your talent and ambition to our department and take your career to the next level!DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs an Operations Manager you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for operational improvement, providing consultation to CEDC and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) around potential risks, assisting with development of risk mitigation and contingency plans, as well as evaluating and managing relationships with the Enterprise and third-party vendors ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Delivery Center CTO and key stakeholders, in both the Delivery Center and Enterprise, to define the Delivery Center's strategic objectives and long-term goals and assist the CEDC and CTO with planning and optimization for budget and resource allocationInterested in learning more? Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 2 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Eleven years of professional information technology experience; orSeven years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor's degree; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements:

You must have at least 3 years of experience leading complex teams.

You must have at least 2 years of experience developing and implementing IT initiatives.

You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements:

The selected candidate for this position must undergo a fingerprint-based records check to be in compliance with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Criminal Justice Information Services Division (CJIS).
