We have a dedicated sales force of F&I professionals who meet regularly and directly with our customers.Due to continued sales success, Zurich is looking for a Regional Income Development Executive to support the sales efforts in our East Division. The ideal candidate will live in the territory that allows for travel within Central PA and Maryland.Our Regional Income Development Executives support growth and profitability in an assigned region through training related to Finance & Insurance book of business to maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.They will also:

Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space

Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within the dealerships

Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders via the relevant medium – e-mail/intranet/newsletter to maintain good relationships.

Attend conferences, seminars, training events and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts, as needed

Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy-in to maintain good relationships.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in Dealership Finance or Sales LeadershipOR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in Dealership Finance or Sales LeadershipAND Must reside in the territory required by the positionPreferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology Dealership training experience Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership Basic knowledge of all F&I products Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims Ability to multi-taskAs a condition of employment at Zurich, employees must adhere to any COVID-related health and safety protocols in place at that time ( https://www.zurichna.com/careers/faq ).A future with Zurich.
