Broadridge is seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue through sales of Fi360 software, technology, and data solutions to the large enterprise Retirement and Wealth market. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings. Responsibilities Include

Sales of Fi360 solutions, including software, data and analytics tools, as well as learning and designation solutions, to large enterprise clients in the retirement and wealth industry.

Lead the sales process from origination through to close, including qualification, executive presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation

Strong product knowledge of the solution suite

Identify new business opportunities within new and existing clients.

Maintain account relationship and cross sell additional services.

Collaborate with other Broadridge sales teams.

Partner with internal resources to provide the necessary expertise and support during the sales process including legal, finance, product, and senior management

Represent Broadridge at conferences and regional events

Qualifications

10+ years of sales experience

5+ years of experience selling software and technology solutions

Strong retirement industry knowledge and existing network of relationships

Ability to build, foster, and maintain key relationships, including senior relationships at C-levels

Proven track record of success in achieving / exceeding quotas in software sales

Ability to effectively navigate complex organizations

Ability to achieve sales results both individually and in collaboration with others

Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Well-organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and the ability to work independently and remotely

Ability to take a consultative sales approach to problem solving with prospective clients

Strong MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint skills

Strong technical foundation; ability to use CRM, MS Office, social tools, etc.

Willing to travel frequently to for clients and prospect meetings

Salary range $125,000.00- $135,000. Bonus Eligible.
