Your Role at Raising Cane’s:The Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management responsibilities of restaurant operations.The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers. It also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job. Your Impact and Responsibilities:Purpose of the position:Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shiftActs as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurantManages cash handling and ensures accountabilityGeneral to the role:Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standardsExecutes shift management meeting Raising Cane’s operations and safety standardsUses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when neededDirects crewmembers during a shiftProvides exemplary customer serviceUtilizes reward and recognition program for the crewmembers in the restaurantAuthorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides, etc.)Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and ensures the facility is in good working orderCompletes other duties as assigned

Responsibilities: Analyze and develop updated customer investment strategy across working and non-working spend (variable and fixed trade, freight, etc.) to maximize demand generation, aligned to BU commercial strategy (brand, portfolio and customer) Utilize advanced diagnostics, analytics, and customer strategy to build strategic roadmap for critical customer investment plans (by business segment, growth pillar, etc) Partner with Customer Investment Strategy, Promotional Optimization team and Sales Strategy to build in-year and out-year strategic roadmaps to align investments to maximize growth Establish ways of working and governance as part of monthly and annual planning process to better align customer investments to BU commercial strategy Deliver analytics and diagnostic capabilities and synchronize with monthly planning (MBR) and US CMG / Salty leadership Qualifications: Total Customer Investment: o Broad experience setting commercial strategy o Experience in planning and deploying customer investment strategy with demonstrated revenue, share, and profitably growth o Strong CPG customer experience, involvement in customer-facing teams, customer JBPs, and experience in customer strategy setting & execution o Consumer and commercial acumen; ability to connect BU objectives to brand, portfolio, and customer strategies and align those to customer investment strategy o In-depth expertise in P&L / financial metrics and investment economics; especially gross-to-net Demonstrated experience in change management Ability to think strategically and align initiatives with long-term business goals Analytical orientation, including advanced proficiency in data analysis and interpretation Proficiency in business intelligence tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with senior internal stakeholders across Hershey org (e.g., Sales Strategy, Sales Leadership, USLT, Omni, IDP) Experience and Education Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Preferred: Masters in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 6-8 years of experience in strategy, customer strategy, or related roles within a commercial function #LI-TL1 #LI-Remote The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
