Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Product Specialist 4 to join our team. This role is primarily focused on the development and implementation of product development and product marketing plans for our product line. Situated in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, you will be working remotely, contributing to the achievement of our revenue and profit objectives. Responsibilities: Develop an in-depth understanding of customer and partner needs to determine and maintain software product and service requirements Collaborate with various stakeholders including business users, data scientists, Machine Learning engineers, data governance teams, and technology teams to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions Evaluate and prioritize requested product enhancements based on customer needs and industry trends Work directly with customers and partners to translate their needs into product requirements Lead the product through all stages of the product's lifecycle including definition, development, release, and post-release activities Contribute to the creation of marketing materials related to the product, working in collaboration with the marketing team Understand the product offering and how our products fit into an ecosystem landscape Ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation. Requirements Proven experience in a product specialist role or equivalent Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding and experience with Sales and Marketing principles Experience in Planning and executing Planning Processes Knowledge and experience in Materials Handling Familiarity with Oracle and other relevant software Excellent research skills Strong customer service skills, with proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction Ability to travel as required by the role Fluent in English language, both written and spoken Knowledge and understanding of Pricing and Revenue Accounting Ability to effectively collaborate with partners and stakeholders Proficiency in using internet for research and communication Ability to create and edit video content Familiarity with Supply Chain Logistics Experience in prioritization of tasks and workload Ability to use 'About Time' software Understanding and experience with Marketing Material creation and distribution Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred Strong understanding and ability to use 'Conductivity' software.
