Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate

Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration
Regular attendance and punctuality
Follows through on assigned tasks and projects related to internal operations
Works well independently and collaborates effectively with a wide variety of internal operational groups including IT, Facilities, Quality Engineering and various technical areas
Communicates project status and issues to supervisor and stakeholders through meetings and key documents
Ability to take initiative in gathering information and facilitate resolution of key tasks
Demonstrates strong organizing and record keeping skills
Ability to lead project meetings, assign tasks, and provide meeting notes to team members
Works with supervisor to set goals, manage workload and resolve problemsQualifications
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Strong computer, scientific and organizational skills (word processing, spreadsheets, graphs, power point, Microsoft project)
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Work independently and part of a team, self motivated, adaptable and a positive attitude
Keep accurate records, follow instructions and comply with company policies
Strong project planning, leadership and communication skills as well as an ability to contribute creative and practical solutions to problems
Ability to work and motivate various levels within company
