Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Administrative Assistant role primarily involves providing clerical support within the property management industry. You will be expected to manage customer interactions, maintain records, and perform data entry tasks in a structured office environment.Responsibilities: Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all messages are accurately taken and conveyed to the appropriate individuals. Assisting in the processing of rent payments, including issuing receipts. Performing data entry tasks and maintaining up-to-date records using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues. Managing email correspondence and scheduling appointments as necessary.
