This professional will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, optimization, and enhancement of Precision to meet the evolving needs of our organization and clients.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a product liaison and system expert for SS&C's Precision LM Servicing Software and corresponding Borrowers Viewpoint online portal. Other technology may be assigned as capacity allows.

Responsible for proactively engaging with internal cross functional teams to understand system utilization, strategic technology needs, data management, reporting requirements, issue identification and management, and system interconnectivity.

Serve as a systems contact with vendors to ensure service levels are maintained, updates are tested and successfully implement and improve our business user's experience and productivity.

Primary responsibility for the system administration and security configurations.

Oversee release management and coordinate internal testing and acceptance.

Create training resources and conduct system training, as needed.

Other duties as assignedREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

3+ years of business systems product management, administration, implementation and/or project management experience

2+ years of experience working in the commercial mortgage industry preferred

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications

Strong understanding of software systems such as, but not limited to, Commercial Mortgage Servicing Software, Document Management, CRM systems, and Pipeline Management tools

Specific experience in Precision desirable

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence platforms preferred

Bachelor's degree preferredJOB EXPECTATIONS

This position is also eligible for discretionary bonusOur hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Proven knowledge and application of process excellence, Lean six sigma methodology, business analysis, reengineering, and process modeling and related tools and systems. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts in a large business environment. Proven track record of applying lean principles in support of continuous process improvement in a professional services environment, with strong understanding of the project life cycle. Specific experience in leading six sigma improvement initiatives is strongly preferred.
