Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant role based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be part of a vibrant team within the telecom industry, handling tasks related to managing orders, liaising with internal teams, and maintaining excellent customer service.Responsibilities: Manage orders from selling partners, including receiving orders, inputting them into the system, and overseeing their completion Act as a liaison between selling partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Exhibit multi-tasking capabilities to handle various tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality Maintain attention to detail in all tasks to ensure error-free outcomes Utilize sales skills to enhance selling partnerships and boost sales performance Use your knowledge of telecom to better understand and cater to customer needs Support workstation functions and assist team members when necessary Foster strong relationships with partners through effective communication and collaboration. Requirements Proficiency in customer service, with a track record of maintaining strong customer relationships Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective liaison with clients, partners, and internal teams Proven sales experience, including the ability to upsell products and meet sales targets Experience with data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of standard office functions, including filing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks Ability to provide workstation support, including troubleshooting and addressing user issues Experience in establishing and maintaining detail oriented relationships with partners Proven track record in selling products or services, with an emphasis on meeting or exceeding sales targets Familiarity with telecom systems, including their operation and troubleshooting Ability to work effectively with internal teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
