May career-manage another. You will report to the SVP, Project Management.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. PM Technical Skills: Proficient in project managing by a. Well-versed in production needs; considered an expert in at least one channel (interactive/digital, print, or video) but understands other media well enough

SOWs: Prepare accurate statements of work, with quick turnaround time and minimal revisions. Create statement of work documentation; accountable for top-down and bottom-up budgets to ensure scopes reflect required work effort

Client finances: Calculate cost-to-complete estimates

Agency process: Advocate and champion of agency processes

Strategy

Project Plan: Manage master project plans and timelines through a cross-capability collaborative approach

Quality Control: Ensures team adherence to QC plan

Process Improvement: identify opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies. Identify opportunities to improve processes and to create efficiencies and suggest alternative solutions

Trouble Shoot: Bring problems with potential solutions to the attention of management.

Conflict Resolution: Arbitrates team conflicts and facilitates cross-capability solutions

Resource Allocation: Leads resource allocation discussions on the project-level with cross-capability team

Collaboration: Keep team informed of changes.

Project Risk: Identify project risks; lead mitigation plans

Tactics and Execution

Execution: Manage production of engagements from award to completion

Change Process: Manage change request process, identifying and documenting changes in scope

Internal Relationships and Team Leadership: Positive influence within department. Develop positive working relationships with other departments/partners

Management: May mentor and direct the activity of an Associate or Senior Associate

Estimates: Provide accurate and realistic cost-to-complete estimates and forecasts for assigned projects

Culture: Promote and contribute to the department's culture and environment

Onboarding: On boards new team members to the brand/ agency process

Client Relationship

Client Process: Has intimate understanding of client processes and priorities

Manage Expectations: Ensures that appropriate client and company partner expectations are managed

Communication and Writing: Lead role in ensuring, accurate client documentation and correspondence (for internal team). Present complex data or messages

Deliverables: Ensures production deliverables meet client requirements

Qualifications

Microsoft Project

Knowledge of digital and pharma

Bachelor's degree required

Demonstrate progression in level of responsibility within a professional project management environment

Agency or digital project experience

This Project Manager is accountable for providing management and operational assistance to components of the cancer center. This position will focus on Diversity Equity and Inculsion (DEI) and Cancer Research Training and Education (CRTEC) initiaitves and their intersection with other components. This position provides a split (50/50) administrative support for these specific CCSG activities. Responsibilities include scheduling, preparing and running meetings, detailed documentation practices, undertaking of small and large scale projects dedicated to the CCSG. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supports framework to enhance DEI and CRTEC efforts for the Cancer Center Support Grant and the SKCC NCI-designation. Responsible for project management. In coordination with the ADs for DEI and CRTEC, this person will develop projects spanning across the components with a focus on NCI best practices. Supports and aligns with the SKCC administrative goals and the cancer center strategic plan. Serves as a conduit for the Associate Directors when working alongside other CCSG components. Identifies opportunities for improvement and works with Associate Directors to communicate data insights and improve DEI and CRTEC operations.
