We steward precious resources by finding more sustainable solutions.Job SummaryOur TYLin Water Sector is currently seeking a dynamic Senior Engineer (Sr Project Manager) to join our team. In this role, the Senior Engineer will bring their expertise in project delivery and management to oversee various water and wastewater projects and/or programs.Responsibilities & QualificationsDevelop and maintain client relationships, understanding their current and future needs to ensure expectations are met.

Manage multiple technical assignments concurrently, leading teams to complete projects to the client's satisfaction, adhering to contract requirements, and maintaining schedule and budget.

Demonstrate technical excellence in planning studies, preliminary and final designs, program management, bid assistance, and office services during construction, focusing on pump stations, pipelines, treatment plants, and stormwater systems.

Lead business development pursuits, identifying opportunities and preparing proposals to meet the office's growth goals.Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required and a minimum 10 years' experience in water and wastewaterdesign,planning, construction management and business development; water/wastewater treatment and large treatment plant experience required.

A PE designation is required. PE certification in northeast states is desirable.

Maintain compliance with training requirements.  Requirements: BS Engineering (or equivalent experience) 8+ years working Automation experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (preferable in API/bulk manufacturing) Previous Pharmaceutical Automation Project experience - including: Deriving S88 physical model from P&IDs Deriving software control strategies from PFDs and related process documents DeltaV DCS implementation exposure/experience Exceptional teamwork abilities Strong knowledge of GMP\'s, regulatory requirements and computer system validation principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences  Qualifications: Process Automation project experience with the DeltaV platform Understanding of Process Automation implementation in a Pharma/Biotech environment. Familiarity with ISA 88 and GAMP. Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Bachelor\'s or Graduate\'s Degree in engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering or computer engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience with SCADA, PLCs, HMI, APIs, SQL software and systems is not required but desirable. 8+ years relevant DeltaV experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.  Good to have: Proactive approach. Natural problem solver. Skilled in writing protocols and collaboration. Demonstrated skill with scripting and test automation. Mentor, guide and support fellow team members. Drive for innovation and continuous improvement. Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to make the most of available time.  Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until Dec 23rd 2024. The annual salary for this position is between $90,000K -$109,000K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
