Hill International is seeking a Sr. Rail & Transit Program Manager to support multiple pursuits and programs throughout the United States.Drives growth by positioning and capturing key opportunities, including new business as well as the renewal and extension of existing opportunities within the account.

Organizes heavy/complex workloads, establishes/adjusts priorities and accomplishes objectives within established scopes, budgets, and schedules.

Organizes heavy/complex project management workloads, establishes/adjusts priorities and accomplishes objectives within established scopes, budgets and schedules.

Oversees consultants/contractors and facilitates communication/coordination between these entities.

Partners with Client Account Manager and pursuit team to support management of Capture Plan.

Leads development of compelling PM content for persuasive/compliant proposals/presentations that incorporate project management best practices.

Develops and oversees regular preparation of project status reports, including monthly reports for leadership/member agencies, as well as required quarterly reports for client executive staff/BOD.

Ensures project compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, codes and standards.

Applies PM best practices that address project management principles/practices, construction regulations/standards, civil engineering, architectural/systems design/construction, project budget/estimating and contractual compliance/administration.

Sets schedules with milestones for short/medium/long-term goals, including reviews, deliverables and delivery of the bid/proposal, while managing the budget.

Ensures communication between members of multi-disciplinary project management, using excellent technical/procedural writing, verbal/presentation, and numerical/graphic skills.

Provides guidance, coaching and mentoring for assigned project managers throughout the project.

Motivates project managers and pursuit team, demonstrating a determination/desire to succeed.

Creates innovative approaches to work-related issues.

Monitors performance to assure successful delivery of KPIs and client contractual requirements.

Champions ethical and safe working practices while focusing on Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IDE) endeavors, striving to align Hill initiatives with those of the client.Approximately 15 years of senior-level project management experience in construction management of heavy civil engineering projects.

Approximately 5 years of project management/construction management experience on light rail transit projects of at least $500 million.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.

Professional Engineer License.

Alternative delivery experience (progressive design-build, CM/GC, P3) preferred.

Exhibits excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a strong user skill level with project management information system (PMIS) software programs.

Possesses exceptional communication/interpersonal skills, establishing/maintaining strong multidisciplinary working relationships with pursuit team, subconsultants and clients.

Possesses excellent technical/procedural writing skills and professional verbal/presentation skills.

Understands contract elements and negotiation of commercial contracts to successful close out.

Has strong market, marketing and technical knowledge relevant to rail and transit within the US

Willing to travel throughout the United States.
