It’s that energy and spirit of innovation that allows us to create bold and meaningful “health media firsts” for our clients, and to do it all with #phmlove.Job DescriptionThe Paid Search Supervisor, reporting to the Associate Director leads a team of Search Sr. Associates and Associates for a client or group of brands to ensure the best strategy are in place. From ensuring and driving innovation to leading client-facing strategy conversations and career management – the Supervisor plays an necessary role in upleveling the Search team’s strategic approach. You will “Sharpen the Sword” of the Search campaigns, strategy and deliverables – not responsible for doing all of the work, but responsible for ensuring that all of the work gets done, and done well.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.Important Responsibilities· Ensure the quality of builds, ensuring recommendations are aligned with campaign goals· Responsible for pre-launch review and compliant launch of uploads, both through review and ongoing process training· Review and up-level optimization calendar and test plans, ensuring implementation and sharing of results· Review client-facing materials and provide feedback to ensure quality, depth and· Active and vocal role in representing Search in client meetings, building trusting relationships with client counterparts to be viewed as strategic search expert· Support team reporting workstreams, helping bring meaning and action to performance data, and partners across teams to evolve approachQualificationsKnowledge· 3+ years of experience with the search landscape (paid and organic), how consumers leverage search and how brands can benefit from a strong search presence· Expertise in channel campaign implementation, management, analysis, optimization, and automation· Well-versed on industry updates, proving perspective on implications in Healthcare· Understand measurement and tech partner landscape, vetting innovative solutions for client testing· Deep understanding of condition, therapeutic area landscape and competitive set· Expert knowledge of client's business objectives and priorities, able to connect to current Search approach and future opportunities#LI-HybridAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Ensure associates are following the Sanitation Schedule to ensure proper sanitation. Provide direction to associates in areas such as customer service, quality control, food safety, and cleanliness. Prepare and serve meals as needed. Consistently adhere to operational and safety policies and procedures. Maintain an understanding of MSDS and properly use and maintain chemicals utilized within the kitchen. Maintain confidentiality of client, patient, and/or student information. Properly escalate client, patient, or student concerns to management. Consistently follow the approved company uniform standards, as well as health and grooming standards. Participate in and complete in-service training, safety training, and all other training programs assigned. All other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications and Competencies: High school graduate or equivalent. Must be proficient in recipe procedure, cooking techniques. Ability to speak and read English in order to understand and perform job assignments. Extensive physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting up to 40lbs, bending, pushing, and pulling. Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot and cold) due to cooking and refrigeration equipment. Minimum of 1 year prior experience in food service supervisor role preferred. Must be Serv Safe certified or willing to obtain certification within 90-days of entering position. Must have a basic knowledge of food service sanitation and proper food handling skills. Must submit to and pass all required background checks and pre-employment testing. Always present a positive and professional image. Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to assess the workflow of the kitchen and make adjustments as needed. Ability to delegate tasks to associates and verify completion. Ability to evaluate the performance of associates, identify areas of improvement, and provide guidance on corrective actions. Must possess and display leadership and team management skills. Must possess and display a positive attitude as well as the ability to motivate others. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines. Must possess strong organizational skills.
