We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accomplishing results through the execution and delivery of the end to end, full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles. As a client-focused TA Partner, you will partner with our business leaders, hiring managers, and external candidates to deliver a first-class experience for all stakeholders.Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage and prioritize multiple requisitions while continually gaining a strong knowledge of our business, products, and services.About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent, relevant work experience

5 Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related roles/responsibilitiesIt would be great if you also have . . .

Global recruiting experience

Working knowledge of an ATS and/or CRM, ideally Workday or Phenom as well as recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other job boardsWhat will you be doing in this role?Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.

Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance related to the market, candidate pipeline, as well as interview and selection best practices.

Execute all aspects of the full cycle recruiting process for assigned positions.

Create compelling recruitment campaigns that utilize a variety of digital content to increase brand awareness, generate applications and/or future leads.

Proactively identify and engage potential candidates with niche skills through social media and professional networks.

Posts jobs through the applicant tracking system in alignment with job posting guidelines.

Participate in projects that support the broader Talent Acquisition function.About the Team

The Americas TA team consists of 6 recruiting experts who strategically partner with hiring leaders seeking new colleagues to join their teams. We collaborate with a team of 45 recruiting experts across the globe identifying top talent to join Clarivate's mission ofHours of Work

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
