Job Details:

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Manage full P&L responsibilities, driving bottom-line profitability through effective cost control and labor management.

Recruit, train, and mentor salaried managers and hourly front-of-house staff to uphold the highest standards of service excellence.

Demonstrate strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and implement strategies to optimize performance.

Share your extensive food and wine knowledge with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Utilize your leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members, driving performance and success.

Maintain proficiency in basic PC applications and restaurant management software, including Word, Excel, scheduling software, and reservation systems like OpenTable.

Requirements:

2+ years of progressive management experience in a well-rated, service-driven restaurant environment.

2+ years of full restaurant P&L management experience, demonstrating a track record of financial accountability and success.

Proven experience in hiring, training, and developing both salaried managers and hourly front-of-house staff.

Exceptional financial acumen, with a strong understanding of cost control, labor management, and driving profitability.

Extensive knowledge of food and wine, coupled with a passion for sharing this expertise with others.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.

Proficiency in basic PC applications and restaurant management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
