Center City Bar & Restaurant is looking for an experienced, passionate Restaurant Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for managing the daily operations of restaurant
- Strong background with whiskey, wine and beer
- Ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience and a consistent high level of service is provided
- Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper staff uniforms, and appearance
standards
- Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
- Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, upholding service standards, cash handling, product quality
and daily tasks
- Provide direction to employees by providing ongoing feedback and maintaining performance expectations
- Work well with other FOH Managers as well as BOH Managers and all staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of three year FOH management experience required
- A combination of practical experience and education a plus
- POS management a plus

- Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance
- A strong attention to detail and ambiance
