Job Title: Production Associate
Hours: Full-Time (approximately 40 hours per week), Monday-Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Job Description:
We produce ice cream and ice cream products; we are a scratch kitchen and make everything from scratch.
Job description activities include but are not limited to the following:
Following recipes for baking
Processing fresh fruit and ingredients
Running ice cream machine to make ice cream
Cutting ice cream sandwiches
Wrapping and packaging products for sale.
Cleaning and prep tasks
Working in a FAST-PACED environment
Working with commercial kitchen equipment and machinery
Measuring and weighing ingredients
Preparation & packaging of ice cream products
Receiving deliveries
Efficient and accurate cleaning of equipment, facilities, and wares
The following items are required for the position:
Basic understanding of sanitary practices for food handling.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet for long periods.
Year-round availability
Comfort with physical work and repetitive tasks.
Ability to work and keep up in a fast-paced environment
Punctual – You have to come in on time and be dependable
Previous commercial kitchen/catering/restaurant experience is REQUIRED.
This is a physical job in limited space with other people. Desired characteristics of applicant are:

Ability to work both independently and teams with attention to detail.
Quick and accurate execution of food preparation
